"Where Culture Meets R.H.Y.T.H.M."
At Guerilla Arts Ink, we don't just show up on stages — we build bridges between creativity, education, and community. Our Founding Director, Gabriel "Asheru" Benn, will bring both voice and vision to BlerDCon 2026, contributing as a performer and as a thought partner in conversation.
For more than two decades, Asheru has championed Hip-Hop as a vehicle for literacy, identity development, and culturally responsive learning. From classrooms across Washington, DC, to national education platforms, his work continues to demonstrate that art is not extracurricular — it is essential.
Founded by Hilton George, BlerDCon represents a space where innovation, fandom, and Black creative excellence intersect. This convening extends a broader dialogue at the intersection of education, empowerment, and impact.
➡️ Culture drives the work.
➡️ Rhythm carries the message.
➡️ Leadership sustains the movement.
